Responsibilities:


User Research:

Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.-
Wireframing: Create wireframes and prototypes to illustrate design concepts and user flows.-
UI Design: Develop visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.-
Interaction Design: Design interactive elements and animations to enhance user engagement.-
User Testing: Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for iterative design improvements.-
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers.-
Brand Alignment: Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity.-
Accessibility: Consider and implement design solutions that prioritize accessibility for all users.-
Documentation: Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides and design specifications.-
Feedback Incorporation: Accept and incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders.

Skill Set:


  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Proven 2 to 4 years experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Penpot, Adobe software or similar.
  • Strong understanding of usercentered design principles.
  • Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication (with clients) and collaboration abilities.
  • Uptodate with the latest design trends and tools.
  • Strong problemsolving and criticalthinking skills.
