Role - Sales Executive
Location - Pune
- Initiate phone conversations with clients from leads given by the company.
- Evaluate a client's needs to help them buy properties and achieve sales targets.
- Cold call, message customers to arrange site visits.
- Negotiate and close deals at best market value and assist clients in completing their purchase, including documentation.
- Regularly conduct market research to identify new projects, properties and builders.
- Be aware of real estate rules, regulations and other processes.
- Develop relationships with clients, builders to increase performance.
Personal Competencies:
- Prior experience in sales/business development/voice process will be preferred
- Passionate about sales
- Good communication skills & Client handling skills
- Outlook-Properly groomed and formally dressed
Salary:
₹8, ₹33,354.40 per month

Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
Experience:
- Business development: 1 year (preferred)
