Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media and digital media marketing strategies across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and others.
- Plan and manage both organic and paid campaigns to increase brand visibility, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and drive conversions.
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify new opportunities and emerging platforms for marketing campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize campaigns and improve results.
- Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and publishing.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as graphic designers and content writers, to create compelling and visually appealing content for campaigns.
- Stay informed about the latest digital marketing tools, technologies, and best practices, incorporating them into our marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in planning and executing organic and paid campaigns on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
- Proficient in using social media management tools and advertising platforms to optimize campaigns and track performance.
- Strong understanding of SEM (Search Engine Marketing) strategies and tactics.
- Proven ability to collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and drive conversions.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Familiarity with graphic design principles and content creation tools is a plus.
