Trainer:

Our trainer is an MBA, CFA (US), and has15+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Equity Research, Valuations, Financial Modelling, M&A consulting Funding, Financial Planning and Analysis (FPA), Due Diligence, Business Planning, and investor Pitch deck preparation.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Develop a relationship with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationship
  • Negotiate and communicate terms to clients
  • Maintain contact with organisation like IB banks, consulting firms, PE, Hedge fund companies, VC and others
  • Identify new Business opportunities
  • Reform Social Media portals like Linked In, FB, Instagram, etc
  • Prepare a database of placement in various domains of finance
  • Keep track of every student on their learning, performance measurement, market readiness, and any further training needs identification

Qualifications and Skills required:


  • Graduation and Post Graduation (HR, Marketing, IB, Finance, Operations)
  • 03 Years of experience
  • Excellent communication (English, Hindi, Marathi) and Management skills
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills
