Trainer:

Our trainer is an MBA, CFA (US), and has15+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Equity Research, Valuations, Financial Modelling, M&A consulting Funding, Financial Planning and Analysis (FPA), Due Diligence, Business Planning, and investor Pitch deck preparation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop a relationship with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationship
Negotiate and communicate terms to clients
Maintain contact with organisation like IB banks, consulting firms, PE, Hedge fund companies, VC and others
Identify new Business opportunities
Reform Social Media portals like Linked In, FB, Instagram, etc
Prepare a database of placement in various domains of finance
Keep track of every student on their learning, performance measurement, market readiness, and any further training needs identification

Qualifications and Skills required:

Graduation and Post Graduation (HR, Marketing, IB, Finance, Operations)
03 Years of experience
Excellent communication (English, Hindi, Marathi) and Management skills
Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills
