Duties & Responsibilities

Build better Relations with Customer
Guide Students in their Study Abroad Dream
Meet Registration Targets
Meet Visa Targets
Coordinate with Head Office
Department Managers, Backup Team, etc to care for the client's Concerns.
Flexible enough to Cope with Management Policies.

Preferred Requirements

Minimum 1 to 3 year experience in related position.
Overseas Education experience
Excellent oral communication skills, interpersonal skills and superb listening skills.
Familiarity with computers and the internet is a must.
Prior experience in Overseas Education / Immigration / Sales /Counselling.
Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers
Outgoing and positive with a passion to learn and grow.
Team skills and strong relationshipbuilding skills
