Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of our architectural designing products and effectively communicate their value propositions to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive database of potential clients, keeping it updated with relevant information and insights.
- Initiate and maintain meaningful relationships with key decisionmakers in architectural firms, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure, ensuring timely followups and effective sales strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop impactful marketing campaigns and collateral that support sales initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (15 years) in IT sales, preferably in the architectural or design software industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Selfmotivated and resultoriented, with a passion for driving business growth.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales productivity tools is a plus.
Pay:
₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
