We are looking for a
Social Media Strategist to
Build a successful marketing campaign that takes careful planning, creative thinking, development, and execution.

we are seeking a skilled social media strategist to help us build budget-friendly marketing campaigns that capture prospects' attention and engage existing customers as well as increase organization and group companies' social media presence.

The person will analyze survey metrics, media ratings, and web page visits to build target customer profiles, and then create optimized media campaigns.

**Responsibilities as a
Social Media Strategist: - Create, manage, and publish original and high-quality content across various social media platforms.

  • Manage all company social media accounts to ensure relevant, uptodate content.
  • Respond directly to comments and questions on social media posts.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to grow the company's network and target new followers.
  • Increase the digital and social media presence of the organization and associated companies.

Key Skill Required:


  • 3+ years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and their specific guidelines and best practices.
  • Proficient in graphic design with experience using Canva, Adobe Express, or Adobe Photoshop.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience using social media scheduling tools like Sprout Social or CoSchedule.
  • Ability to create engaging presentations using MS PowerPoint or Canva.

Nice to have skills:


  • Experience in B2B or B2C marketing.
  • Experience with social media advertising platforms.
  • Knowledge of video editing and creating shortform content (e.g., reels, stories).
  • Experience with social media listening tools.
  • A bachelor's (or equivalent) degree in social media marketing or a related field.
  • Hands on experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Ambition box and Pinterest etc. to build brand awareness.
  • Experience with graphic design, media editing, and publishing.
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics/analytics.
  • Excellent analytical and creative skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to identify target audiences' preferences and produce tailored content.

Education:


  • Bachelor's/master's degree in relevant domain.
