Job Profile:

  • Manager, Innovation and Strategy

Experience & Skill requirement:

  • Previous experience in project management and strategy development
  • Post Graduate in social sciences discipline preffered
  • Proven experience in developing implementable strategies for projects
  • Experience in developing workable models of implementation by integrating
stakeholders

  • Indepth knowledge on generating documentation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
  • Need to be fluent in business English (spoken and written)
  • High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidentiality and dealing with
people.

  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational & time management skills

Qualification:
Post Graduate degree (social sciences preferred)


Responsibilities:


  • Document the understanding on models of project implementation
  • Stakeholder engagement and integration model development
  • Project development
  • Process documentation for implementation
  • Training and capacity development of project management team
  • Reporting to management on implementation of workable frameworks
  • Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve business models, implementation
frameworks and development of new business ideas


Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years

Salary:

  • 60 to 80k


Location:

  • Sikanderpur Gurgaon

Job Types:

₹60, ₹80,000.00 per month
