Responsibilities:


  • Assess the capacity building needs of the NGO partners and their program team including extension workers in respective in respective work streams
  • Capacity building of RF field teams and NGO partners on thematic areas in the DRIWE work streams
  • Providing handholding support after capacity building for problem solving and planning refresher training on the work streams of DRIWE with the guidance from the Thematic Lead # DRIWE and respective SPMs.
  • Identify organizations and individuals with required technical skills for building partners in the areas of engagement of SHGs and collectives to enable them in the livelihood strengthening and diversification of their members, livelihood promotion, digital and financial literacy and inclusion
  • Support teams/NGO partners in establishing thematic linkages with various likeminded organizations/individuals.
  • Provide different solutions and strategies to teams/partners to achieve outputs and outcomes in the work streams of DRIWE
  • Help teams in implementation while attending to demandbased requirements and troubleshooting for the district teams and NGO implementation partners
  • Leading innovations and demonstration of best practices in coordination with the district teams.
  • Preparation of periodic thematic reports and document best practices.
  • Vetting of technical/thematic plans, recommendations and ensure implementation of activities as per guidelines.
  • Research and Evaluation.

Education Requirement:


  • Necessary: Graduate/ Post Graduate in the Rural Management, Social Work, Agriculture, Horticulture etc.
  • Desired: NA

Experience Requirement:


  • Necessary: About 5 years+ relevant experience in promotion of livelihoods
  • Desired: Prior experience of leading an integrated rural development program
  • Experience in working in the rural development projects with multistakeholders collaborations
