  • Knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 users access management and access issue troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of Oracle role, responsibility, Menu, funtion and data security profile relationship.
  • Ability to use Oracle EBS R12 user management module to support client access request provisioning.
  • Understand Oracle Cloud HCM auto provisioning, it's rule and relationship with Responsibility type.
  • Support all aspect of Oracle R12 onpremises and HCM modules access requisition and provisioning.
  • Maintain adequate relationship with the Corporate business team to identify opportunities for improvement in security and controls within onpremises and Oracle cloud Environments.
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, decompose highlevel information into details, abstract up from lowlevel information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with other teams to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: (Requirements Document, design document, test scripts etc).
  • Engage with internal initiatives to create best practice library, repeatable solutions to make the implementations more scalable.
