Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks and repairs to ensure the facility is operational and presentable.
- Conduct inspections of the facility to identify and resolve issues.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down for events and meetings.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in maintenance fields is a plus.
- Previous experience in maintenance, janitorial, or handyman services.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
