Having 7+ years of experience in NetBackup product suite, Linux, and Databases (SQL, Exchange, Oracle, SAP HANA, SAP DB2, SAP MAXDB), Storage, Docker, and Kubernetes environment.

Currently working as Senior Technical support engineer in Veritas.

Previously worked as Technical Consultant for Hewlett Packard Enterprise.

Currently working as Senior Technical Support Engineer for the NetBackup Core Support & Services Team and currently working as Lead for NetBackup core support & services. 

My role consists of remote support for Solving several types of issues that arise in NetBackup all version starting from NBU 8.0 till the latest NBU 10.1.1. I am currently trained in different skill sets within NetBackup such as Kubernetes, SAP HANA, DB2, MAXDB, MYSQL, BIG DATA, VMware, Oracle, SQL, CloudPoint, Enterprise Vault, NDMP, Veritas Vault and Cloud services (AWS, Azure and GCP). 

During my tenure I have solved several complex issues, helped customer upgrade their NetBackup environment, Disaster Recovery, applying Engineering binaries and timely resolution for the issues. 

Resolving Tickets based on the problems customers faced in the server, analyzing the logs to troubleshoot the problems. 

Providing best-in-class phone-based support for a variety of complex, time critical issues.

 Before joining Veritas, I worked as a Technical Consultant in Hewlett Packard Enterprise for the Compute NSI team. 

My role consists of the remote support for deployment of OS such as Linux, Windows, VMware ESXi, and Citrix OS for HPE ProLiant servers and upgrading the firmware and drivers for the server to bring the server into Production or Datacenter Environment. Network Configuration for EXSi hosts, Linux Hosts. 

Creation of VMs using VMware Vsphere on EXSi Hosts. Working on project which includes skill sets such as Ansible, Docker and Kubernetes.
