Experience

Responsible for day-to-day support:

  • Providing end-user and remote users support across the US, EMEA/APAC.
  • Managing Onboarding/Off-boarding for office In Hyderabad and EMEA/APAC region.
  • Administrating user accounts in applications like Aruba ClearPass, Bromium, and DUO.
  • Consistently working on User Mailbox creations and Migrations from Exchange 2010 to Office 365 cloud solutions.
  • Managing Distribution email requests and security group requests from all regions.
  • Working on Call manager (CUCM) by creating soft/hard phones and troubleshooting them.
  • Diligently Managed and monitored the ManageEngine ticketing queue and owned tickets as required.
  • Built the conference rooms with QuickLaunch Software.
  • Creating and managing users and groups for new hires in the Active Directory.
  • Creating user mailbox and distribution list, security groups, and policies in the exchange server.
  • Monitoring and providing support to Office365 users.
  • Managed and assigned RSA soft tokens using the RSA admin console.
  • Creating and managing Cisco phones Ciscojabber profile using Cisco unified communication manager.
  • Managing MacBook laptops and updating, and pushing policies through JAMF console.
  • Creating Virtual machines, Virtual boxes, and VMware applications.
  • Installing, Configuring, Managing& troubleshooting RemoteVPN (Pulse secure).
  • Installation, configuration, and managing Symantec Endpoint Protection antivirus software on the Enterprise network.
  • ImplementingBitLocker on TPM and Non-TPM machines as per company policies.
  • Creating file shares and providing permissions.
  • Assets management: Documented help desk ticket resolution and maintained equipment and Software inventory list in Mange engine ticketing tool.
  • Configuring company network resources using Aruba clear pass tool on mobile and laptops.
  • Installation of the operating system using the WDS server.
  • Configured and implemented NUCs in conference rooms.

Education

  • Responsible to support24x7 on-call
  • Identifying, ticketing, dispatching, and escalating system.
  • Coordination with vendors, ISP, and other teams.
  • Monitoring LAN/WAN and VPN networks and providing technical support for network and hardware.
  • Providing technical support for Windows, servers, networks, and security-related issues.
  • Responsible for all L1 and L2 tasks and manage network and servers.
  • Configure/edit/customize alerts/alarms as per the requirement of concerned application/infrastructure teams.
  • Responsible for preparing Monthly reports that describe the major incidents that transpired in IT Infrastructure and IT Applications and sending them across to the concerned teams with proactive recommendations.
  • Investigatingon HX Alerts (EDR) Containment Systems with is Malicious.
  • Good process knowledge on handling security incidents and guiding Tier 1 and 2.
  • Performing Malware and Phishing analysis.
  • Validate, Analyse, and resolve Spam issues.
  • Escalate critical viruses and malware identified in the network to IT Security Management attention and change the threat-con level to increase the safety of the environment.
  • Reporting real-time vulnerabilities/threats with risk to the organization.
  • Provide continuous surveillance of hardware and software monitoring systems. Investigate all alerts, troubleshoot and repair issues, and escalate as required following established protocol.
  • Perform daily checklist procedures and shift handoff procedures.
  • Responsible for assessing and distributing Microsoft Monthly Patches.
  • Determine the need for and deploy patches for the operating system and application software to NetworkEnterprise Center (NEC)managed systems.
