- Good process knowledge on handling security incidents and guiding Tier 1 and 2.
- Performing Malware and Phishing analysis.
- Validate, Analyse, and resolve Spam issues.
- Escalate critical viruses and malware identified in the network to IT Security Management attention and change the threat-con level to increase the safety of the environment.
- Reporting real-time vulnerabilities/threats with risk to the organization.
- Provide continuous surveillance of hardware and software monitoring systems. Investigate all alerts, troubleshoot and repair issues, and escalate as required following established protocol.
- Perform daily checklist procedures and shift handoff procedures.
- Responsible for assessing and distributing Microsoft Monthly Patches.
- Determine the need for and deploy patches for the operating system and application software to NetworkEnterprise Center (NEC)managed systems.
