As a Project & Facilities Manager having 29+ years (28+ in the Gulf) of experience, I have been involved in operations Air condition, Refrigeration (+ve & -ve plants), BMS, Fire Alarm, UPS, Fire Alarm & Fighting, Electrical, Generator, Heavy Bakery Equipment’s,Forklift, Handling cash counters and arrange the materials for above field works experience across various Projects, development, maintenance and renovation projects involving technical and management activities. Involved in different assignments covering Understanding the requirement, Preparation of High level and Low level design documentation, Implementation and Operation & Maintenance activities of Electrical and Mechanical Infrastructure related to Hotel and Telecom industry, Also having experience in managing a team in Pan India, preparing the Design and Implementation &  MIS documents.

Supervision experience in Maintenance, Installation, commissioning for Industrial and commercial refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment’s including central chillers (Screw/ Centrifugal/Scroll/ Reciprocating) package units, Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Units, Split/ Window Air - Conditioners, Ducting, Piping and insulation , Building management system.

Supervision of firefighting system, Sprinkler and Hydrant piping, Installation of Pumps, Valves, Analogous Intelligent Fire Alarm and Detection System, Automatic Co2 Flooding System, Fixed Foam System, Emulsifier System. CCTV, access control system, Building management system (BMS). Supervision experience in Maintenance, Installation, commissioning for of plumbing works including for water supply, drainage and Irrigation System, bakery, butchery, rosary and all kind of laboratory equipments related supermarkets,Hypermarkets & hotels.
