  • Managed all technical and marketing aspects of Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Meesho, Paytm, Shopsy and listed over 500 product SKUs. 
  • Co-ordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely supply of stock. Shipped and warehoused 7 different categories of products to various fulfilment centers across India.
  • Receive, process and confirm orders on time. Co-ordinate for packing, fulfillment, delivery and returns of customer orders.
  • Reviewing stock levels and sales data to maintain a stable supply and demand status
  • Reviewing customers' concerns, needs and preferences to create a smooth and seamless transactional process for buying products online.
  • Keyword research for better product visibility. Generating various reports for smooth operations.
  • Managed outsourced developers and designers to create shopping carts, websites & landing pages.
  • Collaborate with design team to develop Brand pages and store on various marketplaces. 
  • Check event conversions & audience activities on website using tools like Google Analytics & Facebook Pixel.
  • Monitor customer feedbacks & reviews and take corrective actions based on it.
  • Transformed a relatively non-existent social media profile into an online presence across Twitter, Facebook,  Instagram & LinkedIn to ensure proper engagement and brand building
  • Grew sales by 3x though organic reach and paid advertisements on E-commerce & Social Media. (Year 2022-23)
  • Created & implemented SEO strategy grew annual unique visitors to 15,500.
