I provide executive leadership as head of the IT Department. I am responsible for all aspects of strategic IT planning, implementation, budgeting, project management, policy/procedure creation and support as an integral component of the business plan. I ensure that technological resources are in alignment with the organization’s business needs and provide guidance with identifying short- and long-term technological needs, that enhance services offered.

Some areas under my direct responsibility include:

Overseeing data, security, maintenance and implementation of technical strategy in alignment with defined technology road map. 

Researching technology to evaluate how it can be used within the organization and provide benefit and cost savings to the organization.

To ensure the most cost effective and best suited solution is delivered to the organization.

Evaluating and ensuring that technology is used efficiently and securely in alignment with the business plan.

I strived to focus on collaboration, mentorship, and communication, ensuring every team member could be at their best.

Overall, I find the ability to combine the technical with leadership incredibly fulfilling, and I aim to carry my past experiences forward, ensuring I can embrace past lessons while continuing to grow.
