Experience

Responsible for general supporting contract, subcontract documents, drawings and specifications under
direction from the Superintendent.
 Monitoring job progress on-site, checking all work to ensure compliance with contract documents and the
Quality Control Program.
 Participating in pre- and post-award meetings for reviewing and discussing schedules and potential
problem areas that may impact required shipment dates.
 Subject to project requirements, monitoring the issuance of material requisitions, and other project and
procurement actions affecting material deliveries.
 Coordinating shipping arrangements or tracking requests with the project logistics representative.
 Reviewing material receiving reports against shipping documents to verify that material has been received
at jobsite. Assisting in tracing missing material.
 Assisting in the development of project specific expediting procedures with the Expediting Supervisor and
Project Procurement Manager.
 Maintaining continuing contact with the site project office expediting staff to exchange information about
jobsite requirements and current order status.
 Attending construction coordination meetings, coordinating with construction, planning and scheduling,
jobsite engineers, and other field procurement staff to ensure that field material requirements receive timely
attention and follow-up action.
 Working with Superintendent to develop and carrying out the plan and scheduling for project work.
 Preparing & planning daily project progress work with maintaining proper documents, progress reports,
project schedule with the project reporting manager.
 Providing information to the main contractor to assist in obtaining an extension of time approval for a
number of sectional completion dates.
 Reviewing financials for required projects, ensuring that financial parameters are properly covered while
analyzing the project, reviewing and value add before submission to approving authorities.
 Maintaining the Construction Management Plan and logistical co-ordination, material dispatching &
receiving status, material track record for project shortfall requirements.
 Tracking progress against capital plan, providing regular updates and feedback to management during
various review meetings.
 Solving problem on analytical approach and identifying potential solutions.
 Working in cost reduction with shop & all the project stakeholders to implement savings initiatives across
projects, developing alternative suppliers and material to achieve cost target.
 Resolving problems and to be comfortable in complex project or business environments
 Taking decision and arranging in emergency condition for shortfall of project material requirements.

Education

Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from Gandhi Institute of Engineering & Technology under
B.P.U.T, Orissa (2003-2006).
 Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from State Council of Technical Education & Vocational Training,
Orissa (1997 -2000).

MBA e-education in Power Management from Ulyanovsuk State University, (Jaro Education) in the year
2012-2013.
 Perusing Professional Certificate Programme in Leadership & Change Management from XLRI,
Jamshedpur.
 Perusing Lean Six Sigma ( Black Belt) from International Management Consultancy (IMC).
