About ABHISHEK KAUSHAL:
Born on July 18th, 1992 in Mukerian (Punjab). Completed my schooling (1997-2010) up to senior secondary from my native place and then moved to Gurdaspur for graduation. I received a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (2014) from Beant College of Engineering and Technology, Gurdaspur. I received my Ph.D. from the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Indian Institute of Technology Ropar in 2021. My research interests are Applied Fluid Mechanics, Applied Thermodynamics, Heat & Mass Transfer, and Multiphysics. I like to play football and cricket. I enjoy music.
Experience
After completing my Ph.D., I worked as a postdoctoral researcher at Ariel University in Israel in Prof. Edward Bormashenko's lab. I have experience working in world-class laboratories along with other international students. Currently, I am working as a postdoctoral fellow at IIT Hyderabad with Prof. K.C. Sahu.
