In past organisations, I have honed my proficiency in drafting and preparing legal notices and replies, ensuring precise communication and adherence to applicable laws and regulations. My ability to negotiate and manage settlements, service agreements, builder buyer agreements, conveyance deeds, and tripartite agreements has been instrumental in achieving favorable outcomes and establishing mutually beneficial relationships. I have also been actively involved in the preparation and execution of various commercial agreements, lease deeds, leave and license agreements, and supplementary agreements. My expertise in negotiating and managing contracts has been further evidenced through the preparation and execution of service term-sheets, renewal/addendum to service term-sheets, and amendments.
One of my key strengths lies in my comprehensive understanding of legal procedures, which has been demonstrated through successfully managing and observing cases at HRERA, NCLT, NCLAT, High Courts, and the Supreme Court. In addition to my litigation experience, I have taken on responsibilities pertaining to day-to-day office compliance in areas of labor law, company law, and other legal regulations.

I am well-versed in preparing and executing service term-sheets, renewal/addendum to service term-sheets, amendments, document verification, legal compliances, inter-company negotiation, redlining of contracts, legal research, legal document preparation, legal contract review, advisory, and assistance.

My expertise in legal research and document preparation, as well as my ability to provide sound legal advice and assistance, have been invaluable in helping clients navigate complex legal issues.

I have completed my law degree from symbiosis law school noida in the year 2022.
