About Aditi Chettri:
I am a hotelier with the experience of almost 4 yrs in Front Office Department, my current designation is Front office executive, in brief my job role is to handle the department overlook daily operations followed by supervising subordinates productivity , maintaing positive work environment , ending up the conflicts between staff , handling and solving guests complaints in order to provide high standard customer service & many more.
Experience
As I already mentioned I am a hotelier, well I started my career (first job) in the year 2018 with the renowned brand named Lemontree hotel . This brand has about 80 hotels till date within India.Also has one in Dubai & in Bhutan.I have given my precious 2 years & a half to this company.
I had to quit my job here due to Covid-19 pandemic in the year 2020. Then after few months staying home I joined the property Allita hotels & resorts in my hometown Darjeeling & worked there for 1 year& a half year.
Thereafter, I worked for Park Inn by Radisson Goa for 04 months as I had to hear back home due to personal health issues.
Ultimately, I haven't been working anywhere for past 03 months as it took me little more time to recover.
Education
After 12 th I did diploma in FO operation from Food Craft Institute Darjeeling.
Trained by Vivanta by Taj Hyderabad in the year 2016-2017.
