Aditi Dubey

RCI-registered Clinical Psychologist currently working as a Project Research Scientist-I at AIIMS, New Delhi on an ICMR-funded dementia research project. 

Trained in neuropsychological assessment, psychotherapy, and geriatric mental health, with experience across hospital, clinic, and tele-mental health settings.

I have prior experience providing structured online psychotherapy through tele-mental health platforms. As a therapist, my approach is to empathetically address the issues in the session and empower the clients in a way that fosters self-growth and development.

Conduct comprehensive neuropsychological assessments for Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) and multiple dementia subtypes.

Lead longitudinal cognitive follow-ups (online and offline) and outcome tracking in a large dementia cohort (n = 370).

Contribute to manuscript writing, data interpretation, and development of multimodal dementia care bundles under national research projects.

Actively involved in discussions on study outcomes, statistical approaches, and methodological rigor.

Delivered neuropsychology training workshops, including a 2-day intensive training program at National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS).

Served as Subject Matter Expert for Bengali language validation (Tripura site).
