I have 10+ years of experience in training individuals in India as well as Abroad. I have worked in countries like Nepal, Newzealand, Thailand, Bahrain. I specialise in strength and conditioning, weight loss program, injury rehabilitation, Bodybuilding, Powerlifting, Posuture corrective measures. I am a certified from VLCC and also can act as Dietician with daily issues.
