  Conducted and supported Tax Audits under Section 44AB, including preparation of Form 3CD, analysis of ledgers, and verification of disallowances and compliances.

  Involved in Statutory Audits of private limited companies and firms, performing vouching, ledger scrutiny, and finalization of financial statements. 

 Assisted in the preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITRs) for individuals, partnership firms, and companies across various sectors. 

 Worked on preparation and review of Projected Financial Statements for loan proposals and project evaluations. 

 Handled TDS calculations, return filings (Form 24Q, 26Q), and reconciliation with books of accounts, ensuring compliance with due dates and accuracy 

 Ensured adherence to Direct Tax laws and compliance requirements, including advance tax, self assessment tax, and responding to notices from income tax authorities.

  Supported clients in fulfilling regulatory and tax compliance obligations in a timely and accurate manner. 

 Drafted audit reports and maintained comprehensive audit working papers in line with applicable accounting and auditing standards. 

 Interacted with clients for data gathering, clarification of tax positions, and resolution of audit and compliance queries.
