As a Master of Law candidate specializing in Corporate and Securities Law, my recent internship at Ediplis Counsels provided me with a platform to apply my academic knowledge to real-world legal challenges. My engagement in detailed research on corporate legal matters, including the Stamp Duty Act and FEMA Regulations, has deepened my expertise in Corporate Law.

Committed to continuous learning and legal excellence, my educational journey at Tamil Nadu National Law University and my undergraduate studies in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law have laid a solid foundation for my core competencies. These include Dispute Resolution, Legal Research, and a nuanced understanding of Corporate Law that I'm eager to leverage in future legal endeavors.

As a Legal Associate, I handled real estate matters, collaborating with the team to prepare DDRs and reports. I also drafted legal notices and replies, vetted agreements, and drafted contracts, including lease agreements, joint venture agreements, and sale agreements. Additionally, I drafted the Minutes of Meetings for POSH matters.

I have done my graduation from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi in 2022, after that, I enrolled in a master's program and I did it from National Law University, Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu.
