I am a Psychologist and HR ( MA gold medalist, PhD, B.Ed, Mini MBA, certified psychometric testing professional) and my area of work revolves around two areas : 
 

1. HR management, psychometrics, learning and development, policies, process, leadership team-communication, performance evaluation, internal PR collaboration etc - 5 Years

2. Educational management, research and assessment, monitoring and evaluation. - 12 Years

I have worked with Government PPP, NGO, Mid market level corporates. 

Currently, I am working from April 2020 as the Director – HR at zelto-Adpushup. Prior to this I worked for six years as the Senior Consultant - in ASER Centre-Pratham since 2014. Prior to that I was working as the Assistant Director of Research at Centre for Assessment, Evaluation and Research (CAER) which is a public private partnership with Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) by Pearson.   

I have overall approx. 17+ years’ experience.
