• Initiating , Planning, Scheduling, Supervision, Execution Monitoring and Controlling, Closing, 
• Manage all Construction activities to ensure completion work according to planning.
• Review the contract tendering document to make sure through understanding of contract requirement.
• Approved the document that submitted by Contractor like IFC Drawing, WMS. RA. & Materials Approval. 
• Monitoring on manpower and resources planning and mobilization allocation. 
• Maintaining close liaison with the Client team to promote good relations. 
• Develop, review, comment and approve all Construction Procedures and ITP’s.
• Prepare work Method statement, Risk Assessment & submit by Subcontractor for approval.
• Preparation of Safe Works Plans & confirming other HSE Requirements.
• Implement of Design, Code & standard within time, under budget and as per project safety Procedure, targets for the achievement of profit objectives
• Controlling the scope and update Schedule Mile stole, Gantt chart 
• Estimate the Resources manpower build a construction plan.
• Manage all change orders submittals to CCB and keeping awareness for approval and make sure to fully information to Stakeholder/ Construction Team.
• Review the project in-depth to schedule Level-2 & 4 deliverables and estimate costs.
• Coordinate & provide the as per require necessary guidance and support to the Site Engineers and the implement working directly under his supervision.
• Coordinate to safety section and make sure work under the safe work manner.
• Coordinate and supervise dedicate scope of erection according construction norms, updated drawings, PID, specifications and ensure Subcontractors are applying those on their erection.
• Approved the work proposal document that submit by contract.
• Control & monitoring the contractor Scope of work & Progress. 
• Monitoring on contractor recourses sufficient arability
• Controlling the subcontractor resources are sufficient available and working condition.
• Implement Safe Works Plans on site & confirming other HSE Requirements.
