Currently I am working in UPS logistic company 

US Customs declaration for air, ocean, truck and rail shipments by verifying and keying the information from commercial documents into BDM (Brokerage Data Management) system. Truck and rail mode of transport deals with shipments. This may involve interface with international and domestic carriers, overseas offices, and importers. Prepare Customs entries and follow-up with the clearance process on all entries prepared.

My responsibilities include:
• Update incoming/outgoing import and export operation cycle from the place of origin to the final destination of the consignment shipment Responsible for filing entries to customs invoices 
• Communicate documentation discrepancies to client and supervisor 
• Responsibilities may include scanning entries into the imaging system meeting allotted and sensitive time requirements.
• Coordinate freight delivery to designated locations
• Create detailed orders based on production needs to ensure all necessary equipment and materials are acquired
• Invoices processing daily task air and ocean
• Preparation of customs entries and forwarding freight to designated locations
• Maintaining Daily Consolidated Payments Reports for productivity
• Delivering parcels and good to customer on designated routes through our system application 
• Process invoices and purchase order as required
