I am seeking to restart my career as an HR/ Admin professional in the education sector. Having worked as an HR professional in a reputable pharmaceutical company for 2 years, I have gained extensive experience in various aspects of human resources management. Much like the educational sector, the pharmaceutical industry demands a keen eye for detail, adherence to regulations, and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment.

While my previous experience may seem industry-specific, the core principles and skills I have acquired can seamlessly translate into the education sector. Moreover, I am an adaptable professional who is eager to learn and apply my expertise in new contexts. I believe my industry background brings a fresh perspective and innovative ideas that can contribute to the school’s overall success. I have also completed my Certification in Digital marketing.   • Maintaining organogram on a daily basis and sending the updated organogram to business heads.
  • Conducting exit interviews of resigned employees and preparing exit interview report for management
  • Enter data into the database of the HR system (E-force) and payroll for maintaining accurate employee records
  • Preparing and maintaining MIS for attrition analysis and division-wise position v/s vacancy status daily using Excel analytics to support workforce planning.
