Currently, I am working as a MS Process Specialist with Ericsson Global India services on new tool (WFM-IFS) transformation in the Field Operation services for more than 3.10 years in addition to 14 years of experience. Including field Operation Services, Head quarter and an international assignment in Malaysia. Furthermore, my expertise is in Comprehensive field service Operation solutions that connect every field user for daily assignment and productivity, improve back-office efficiency and up SLA and network availability/visibility into field operations through its mobile solutions. Supporting to customer in all project phases from conceptual design of initial ideas to their successful implementation in operation. Conducting Business process analyses and needs assessments to align IFS solution with business initiatives.

I am a highly dedicated and result oriented professional including Field services Organisation services, major incident management, problem management and service management, experience in Telecom, Automation, Process & Field Operation tools (WFM Click and IFS) conversant. My specialization includes People management, Program management, Project management, PMO, Customer support, Presales support, Operational Excellence, Risk management. I am a certified trainer of ISMS (ISO 9001-2015 & ISO 27001:2013/27701 and GDPR guidance).

Recently, I have done an executive program from Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad in Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning for business. In addition, I have upgraded my skills through a few short-term training programs, and I am a Certified ISO27001 Lead Auditor and Lead Implementer, Certified ISO9001 Lead Auditor and Lead Implementer, Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt. I have two master’s degrees, Graduate and Master of Science in Electronics and another in Management in Business Administration (MBA).
