  • Follow up with candidates and employees to ensure timely submission of required documents to vendors.
  • Ensure background verifications are initiated and closed within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Qualify and interact with candidates in case of Red and Amber reports, obtaining additional supporting documents and sharing them with senior management for approval, accompanied by my feedback.
  • Published management reports on BGV metrics, such as total BGVs initiated, cases closed within SLA, and open/closed BGV tracker on a weekly basis.
  • Investigate and resolve inquiries and issues related to the verification process, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions.
  • Upload verified reports on the HR system (Workday) and close the background verification process for candidate joining.
  • Verify vendor billings and ensure accuracy in invoice processing.
  • Conduct calls with background verification vendors and stakeholders to ensure a smooth flow of the verification process.
  • Demonstrate excellent prioritization skills, effectively managing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Maintain a professional attitude to uphold confidentiality throughout the verification process.

  • Bachelor of Technology in MECHANICAL ENGINEERING from U.P.T.U.
