Currently I have been working at a private laminate company in Hyderabad, IN for the past year, with my primary responsibilities being customer service and bookkeeping. This includes answering phone calls, creating invoices, tracking orders, handling customer complaints, documenting financial records, as well as ensuring accurate financial data across the company. All while maintaining a high level of integrity while handling sensitive and confidential information.
