• Extensive Experience Proposing Pre & Post Launch Network Deployment Change & Tracking improvements towards target KPI.

• Optimization of 2G, LTE (Triband) & 5G (NSA) Network to troubleshoot & improve KPI.

• Working & hands- on experience in LTE RAN Commission, integration, Configuration, XML Preparation, troubleshooting, Software testing/upgrade, Carrier Aggregation.

• Strong knowledge and Hands on experience in Nokia Hardware.

• Experience with using planning & optimization tool Ultima forte, Nokia UDA, BTS Site Manager, NetAct.

• Generating Reports & presenting Power points of a detailed acceptance process for Cluster optimization.

• Network elements monitoring, analysis, fine tuning, optimization & troubleshooting.

• Hands on experience with post processing & optimization tool Nemo analyzer, 

• Expert in RF Testing: Cluster Drive, IRAT, IFHO, call Drop etc.

• Experience with design tool MapInfo, MCOM, Google earth Pro.
