Akshay Sagar

My name is Akshay Sagar, and I come with over 7 years of experience in Product Lifecycle Management, specifically with Windchill PLM systems. I’m currently working as a Senior Consultant at ITC InfoTech, where I handle end-to-end Windchill administration and support, including L1, L2, and L3 level responsibilities, for major clients like Baker Hughes and HMH.

Before this, I worked with L&T Technology Services for over 4 years, supporting the OTIS Windchill AMS project. Across both roles, I’ve been deeply involved in Windchill system and business administration, server monitoring, CAD worker configuration, troubleshooting integration issues with SAP and other CAD tools, and performing critical milestone activities like system upgrades and data center migrations.

My technical toolkit includes PTC Creo, AutoCAD, MS Office, and ticketing systems like ServiceNow and Fresh Service. I hold certifications in PTC Windchill Fundamentals, Professional Curriculum, and CAPA Quality Process, and have completed business and system administration training from PTC Academy.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, and a Diploma in Tool & Die Making. I’m passionate about delivering structured support, solving complex system issues, and continuously expanding my PLM domain knowledge. I’m a strong individual contributor and team player, and I’m excited about opportunities that allow me to grow as a Windchill administrator while contributing to organizational success.
