I have expertise in planning and executing projects. The projects include Retention, Process Management, and setting up a new process. I have handled Chat, Incoming, Email, Renewal, Retention, Tablet delivery, Escalation, Telesales, Student Success Mentor team, and Grievances(Social Media escalations, Legal and consumer complaints).

I hold an MBA Distance learning degree in Retail from Madurai University. I have graduated from RUIA college and hold Bsc. Maths degree
