About alka pagare:

I have worked with the most vulnerable parts of Mumbai in terms of poverty and vulnerability. I have experience working closely with school management, government officials, and other related entities in my professional journey.

Apart from this, in my personal capacity, I work closely with the students as a mentor, behavior change facilitator, and spoken English teacher. 

I believe in the holistic development of an individual which is critical for their growth and identity.

- Developing appropriate and supportive coordination processes with relevant stakeholders, and building relationships.
- Developing a coordination plan, ensuring its smooth implementation, 
- Managing the team's performance of project tasks and activities
- Ensuring projects are implemented in line with the project requirements
- Liasoning with the Government and Education department.
