  • Freelancer Recruiter since Oct 2019 – Working for The Leela Palace, The Lemon Tree, Udaipur, The Trident -  Udaipur & other heritage hotels in South Rajasthan.
  • Aurika by Lemon Tree, Udaipur - Worked with Aurika Udaipur Hotels and Resorts as a pre-opening team member from 01st April, 2019 till 18th September, 2019 and was designated as Manager HR. Handled a total manpower of 250 with 2 HR team members reporting to me.
  • The Leela Palace, Udaipur - Worked with The Leela, Udaipur (Unit of Leela Venture Ltd.) from 02nd June 2014 till 31st March, 2019 as Manager HR. Handled a total manpower of 340 employees with a total of 3 HR team members reporting to me.
