SPOC from Recruitment Team to interact with the Stakeholders, Business Heads to derive Staffing Plans & Solutions and ensuring the resource fulfilment within TAT.
• Responsible to manage full spectrum of recruitment and selection functions (create job advertisements, identify and source potential candidates, conduct pre-screening of applications, coordinate and conduct face-to-face and phone interviews, develop strong working relationship, building a platform of trust and facilitate professional communication with stakeholders, conduct background checks, offer package negotiation and preparation of employment letter).
• Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment activities for IOT/AR/IR Business Unit.
• Coordination with multiple teams from the business and support groups across locations
• Steered strategic talent acquisition by hiring Mid-Level / Senior / Lead Resource, SME’s, Project / Program Managers / PMO in building the practice in general skills and also in niche areas.
• Liaise with BU heads and Hiring Managers to understand the demand and for planning the future recruitment.
- Handling End 2 End Recruitment Life cycle as Lead along with screening, sourcing, identifying, and interviewing, and placing personnel in quick turnaround time. Effectively recruited candidates through Internet research, internal database, referrals, and other strategies. - Understanding the client requirements, coordinating for short listing and screening including preliminary interview of the candidates. - Responsible to understand and analyze the requirements in different domain categories. - Process Coordination ( Scheduling & Conducting Interviews. - Keeping Track of Responses & Short listing Profiles).
