design and development programs from concept through launch. My expertise spans CAD modeling, 
digital mock-up (DMU) management, and product lifecycle management (PLM)
• Entire lifecycle of a Defense Vehicle Program— overseeing conceptualization, design, development, 
homologation testing, and successful product launch. I have released EBOM, MBOM, and SBOM in PLM 
Teamcenter, coordinated with cross-functional teams, delivered 3D and 2D vehicle designs, and 
maintained the full vehicle DMU.
• Design And Development 3D & 2D and of various Sheet metal Component, Manufacturing process 
layout (Method Plan), design for tri axis & Cross bar Transfer Press lines o Mold and Trim design For NVH 
Panels. Also Providing Engineering changes in panels for R&D to reduce manufacturing cost, Easy the 
manufacturability of the product and to improve the quality. 
• Experience with UG-NX CAD software: Stamping Tool Design 3D & 2D experience in UG-NX- 5 Year & 
Catia-12 Years
• Experience in mechanism and linkage design- Toggle linkage uses like clamping in Stamping Tool
• Worked on prototype build and testing phases, EBOM/MBOM/SBOM updates in PLM Teamcenter, cost 
savings, improved resource utilization
