 CTC Management- Make and upload Proper CTC structure for new employee, transferred employee, Part Time-Full Time Conversion scenarios, handle periodic CTC revisions as per various state minimum wage notifications, Periodic Analysis of CTC data to root out anomalies like blank CTC cases, overpayment and underpayment cases., Statutory components errors (PF, ESI, Gratuity) etc.
