As a Product Designer II at KYC Monk (Tenure: 5 months), I was actively engaged in developing the logo design for their in-house SaaS project. This comprehensive endeavor involved user research, competitive analysis, establishing brand guidelines, formulating design language, creating a landing page, and designing the web application - all accomplished within a tight five-month timeline. Through this experience, I gained valuable skills in end-to-end product design, from research to execution, and learned to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

Subsequently, I joined Stockpe as their first employee from inception (Tenure: 1 year) and played a pivotal role in conceptualizing and creating their inaugural website. I led the design and development of their app from the ground up, closely collaborating with the founders on crucial aspects such as decision-making and creating pitch decks for fundraising. I formulated brand guidelines, released the initial app version within two months, and conducted extensive user testing with over 100 individuals. I designed subsequent versions, incorporating features like real money involvement, leaderboards, and simulated trading screens to enhance user engagement. This experience allowed me to hone my skills in startup environments, working closely with founders, and iterating based on user feedback.

In addition, I co-founded "Astrix Marketing Co.," a marketing and web development agency (Tenure: 1 year 7 months), where I gained invaluable experience in various aspects of running a business. I worked closely with Indian clients such as Sharma Opticals and QBI Institute, learning the intricacies of project management, client onboarding, and closing client deals. This entrepreneurial journey taught me the essential skills required for a founder, including decision-making, resource allocation, team management, and problem-solving. Through this venture, I developed a deep understanding of the entire project lifecycle, from client acquisition to successful delivery, and honed my ability to adapt and navigate the challenges of a dynamic business environment.

Overall, my experiences at KYC Monk, Stockpe, and Astrix Marketing Co. provided me with hands-on opportunities to lead product design projects from conceptualization to execution, collaborate with stakeholders, conduct user research, and iterate based on insights. These roles helped me develop a well-rounded skillset in product design, branding, user experience, and working within dynamic team environments, both in established companies and entrepreneurial ventures.

With my experience as the driving force behind a thriving community of over 500 students within the Entrepreneurship Cell, I have demonstrated exceptional leadership, organizational, and execution abilities. Spearheading seven distinct teams, including Event Management, PR, Marketing, Start-Up Development, Digital Media, Technical, and Campus Ambassadors, has equipped me with the skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Furthermore, my track record of conducting comprehensive training sessions on Entrepreneurship and coordinating successful collaborative events showcases my passion for promoting entrepreneurship and my ability to design and execute engaging programs. I have facilitated numerous sessions aimed at fostering a startup community, resulting in the registration of over 100 startups within the university.

As a representative of the Entrepreneurship Cell, I have actively engaged with various colleges in the Delhi NCR region, demonstrating my networking skills and ability to establish valuable connections. Additionally, my experience in pioneering the flagship event "Launchpad," which attracted 101 participating teams, underscores my capability to organize and execute large-scale initiatives successfully.

Notably, I have demonstrated my aptitude for strategic outreach by hosting distinguished industry figures and extending invitations to notable Venture Capitalists. This experience has provided me with insights into the startup ecosystem and the ability to forge meaningful connections with key stakeholders.
