Job responsibilities: 
• Daily audit of various cell on regular basis for 5s.
• Calibration of instruments & gauges as per due date.
• Product inspection at supplier end, inprocess inspection & finish good part 
inspection before dispatch & preparing inspection report.
• Maintain records of inspection, testing, information & various metric such as 
• Number of defective product per day/ per batch/per supplier etc.
• Resolve quality related issues in a timely manner by taking containment
action.
• Check supplier CMM, PDIR, casting and machining reports.
• Ensuring all measurement equipment is maintained and calibrated in 
accordance.
• With the company’s internal procedures.
• Raise and maintain records of NC (non-confarmance) reports.
• Maintained records of operators training documentation.
• Also used of technical instrument for profile projector, linear height gauge, surface 
finish tester, Micrometer, vernier caliper, boar gauge, VMM Machine,
