I bring over 27 years of rich experience in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Employee Relations, and Administration, with proven expertise in managing people strategies, labor welfare, and organizational development.

My academic foundation includes a graduate degree, a Post-Graduation in Social Work (specialization in Labour Welfare & Personnel Management), and an MBA, which together have equipped me with strong analytical, strategic, and leadership skills.

Over nearly three decades, I have successfully handled:

• HR Generalist Functions – manpower planning, performance management, talent development, compliance.
• Industrial & Employee Relations – maintaining harmonious labor relations, managing unions, and resolving conflicts.
• Administration – security, facilities, canteen, and transport management for smooth operations.
