I am a professional with over 15 years in the Hospitality Industry. I bring a true desire to help take care of the needs of guests. I have also worked in Nairobi for 07 months and returned due to medical reason . I enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and I know that this industry is never dull or slow. My verbal and written skills are refined and I can speak to the very wealthy in a knowledgeable manner. My computer skills are sufficient for this type of work and I do have the ability to learn any new software packages if that is required of me. 

I have experience in forecasting and handling all revenue management and am great at customer service and front office operation. I can coordinate with all sales and reservations or front office associates to ensure that they are trained in proper customer service procedures and to make sure that the rooms are booked to capacity. I am also able to work with these teams to ensure that there are no issues with any of the rooms and that the guests are all happy. 

I am able to create and implement new procedures to create a better working environment and to make sure that the reservation and customer service process runs smoothly. I always know the capacity of any of the locations I am managing and always strive to ensure that the quotas are met each month, quarter and year.
