I am a Speech, Communication, and Soft Skills Trainer with over three decades of professional experience, grounded in a career across broadcasting, advertising, and professional voice work. These disciplines have shaped my understanding of how spoken communication drives credibility, leadership presence, and professional impact.

My foundation in broadcasting was built through several years of reading news on All India Radio and Doordarshan with distinction from the late 1980s through the early 2000s. Working in live broadcast environments instilled the disciplines of clarity, articulation, vocal control, and structured thinking—skills that underpin my training approach. I have also been a commentator for major state and national events, including Independence Day and Republic Day broadcasts, and I continue to be associated with All India Radio as a cricket commentator and moderator for the National Programme of Talks.

I later spent several years in advertising in India and the Middle East as a senior creative writer, working on brands such as Hyundai, Hewlett-Packard, Mother Dairy, Acer, Subaru, Tata Motors, and Dupont. This phase sharpened my understanding of persuasive language, audience psychology, and intent-driven messaging, and strengthened my ability to engage leadership teams and present ideas with clarity and conviction. I also served as a Brand Consultant for Educomp Solutions on their flagship initiative, Smartclass.

As a corporate trainer, I have worked with organisations including EXL, Vertex, IBM Daksh, Bharti Airtel, GE, Caterpillar, and RBS Bank, delivering programmes in Speech and Voice, Business Communication, Presentation Skills, Emotional Intelligence at Work, Leadership Voice Presence, and Public Speaking. I have trained induction batches of announcers at All India Radio and conducted communication programmes at NTPC’s Power Management Institute. Today, I conduct online and in-person training for working professionals and school students.

My ongoing work as a professional voice-over artiste—for documentaries on Discovery and National Geographic Channel, audiobooks published by Audible (Amazon) and Storytel, and multiple brand films—adds a practical, demonstrable dimension to my training. My approach focuses on building authentic, structured, and credible communication, rooted in real-world performance rather than formulaic confidence techniques.
