A well qualified individual who has worked closely with population in areas of mental health. My responsibilities at the organization were clinical management of clients which includes carrying out baseline screening of the clients, to prepare case notes, to assess clinical condition of clients and to administer various recreational activities for the clients. I was also assigned with screening of clients from Calicut mental health for as part of identifying clients fit for discharge. I was also responsible for preparing monthly reports, clients survey reports and other documentation at the organization. 

To secure a challenging position in a reputable institution and thereby to develop my learning,knowledge and skills in social work and also to make a significant contribution to the success of theorganizationandsociety.
