Worked in Citrix environment Retail Client (Leave of Absence)- (Mar 2016 – Sep 2018) • Handled different leave types such as FMLA-Medical, Maternity/Paternity leave, Family Care leave, Intermittent Leave, personal leave, military leave, bereavement leave, etc. • Specialized in Pay related issues that employees face and in NY and CA state laws • Served as the primary point of contact for employees and educated managers and employees in benefits such as FMLA, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, and Worker’s Compensation • Evaluated each leave request for qualifying conditions and eligibility, within established time frames based on federal and state regulations. Reviewing leave requests and documentation from employees and/or medical providers to support the leave requests. Operated database to track and monitor leave status, including approved time off, intermittent leaves dates, denied/ineligible leaves, certification-not-received notes, return to work dates and leave expiration dates • Validated Interactive Process with the employee to ensure accommodation needs are met upon return to work and increased the percentage of employee’s returning to work
