I am a Data Analyst with over two years of experience specializing in time series forecasting and machine learning. At Fibre2Fashion, I’ve built and deployed advanced forecasting models for hundreds of economic indicators and textile raw materials, using deep learning techniques like LSTM and RNN, as well as classical statistical models. My role involves end-to-end data handling-from preprocessing and exploratory analysis to model deployment on cloud platforms like Amazon SageMaker and communicating insights through interactive visualizations.

Previously, I worked as a Sales Analyst, where I developed sales forecasting models and provided actionable business insights. I also have teaching experience as a Lecturer in Econometrics, where I guided postgraduate students in advanced statistical and machine learning methods. My technical skills include Python, R, SQL, and various data visualization tools, and I hold a Master’s in Econometrics.

I hold a Master of Arts degree in Econometrics from the University of Madras, where I focused on time series analysis, mathematical economics, and advanced statistical methods. My coursework provided a solid foundation in econometric techniques, and I completed projects involving deep learning models for forecasting economic indicators. Complementing my master's, I have a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Additionally, I've pursued several relevant certifications, including a Deep Learning Specialization from Coursera, Applied Data Science Lab from WorldQuant University, and certifications in Business Analytics and Machine Learning from NPTEL. This combination of formal education and practical certifications has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of both the theoretical and practical aspects of data analysis and machine learning.
