About Anupriya Kumawat:
I am a third-year B.Tech student in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at Government Women Engineering College, Ajmer, with a strong interest in building intelligent systems that solve real-world problems. My work focuses on machine learning, data-driven modeling, and AI applications in domains such as renewable energy and network security.
I have authored research publications including a study on machine learning–based photovoltaic site selection and energy yield prediction using NASA POWER satellite data, and research on improving reliability in large language models through hybrid semantic–retrieval techniques for hallucination detection. These works reflect my interest in combining AI with impactful real-world applications.
I have hands-on experience in Python, machine learning algorithms, data preprocessing, and basic deep learning models such as ANN and CNN. I have also developed projects including heart disease prediction, solar energy prediction systems, and a personal portfolio website. Alongside backend AI development, I am familiar with frontend technologies and the React framework.
I am passionate about research, innovation, and continuous learning in advanced AI, deep learning, and data science, and I actively participate in technical communities and hackathons to expand my practical and collaborative skills.
Experience
I am an Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning engineering student with hands-on experience in machine learning model development, data analysis, and AI-driven research. I have completed research internships including work at NIT Delhi focused on applying machine learning techniques to network security problems. Additionally, I gained practical experience in frontend development through the IBM SkillsBuild program.
I have developed several machine learning projects such as heart disease prediction, and solar energy yield prediction using NASA POWER satellite data. My research contributions include publications on machine learning–based photovoltaic site selection and large language model hallucination detection. I am proficient in Python, machine learning algorithms, data preprocessing, and basic deep learning, with additional experience in frontend technologies such as React.
Education
I am currently pursuing a B.Tech in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at Government Women Engineering College, Ajmer (2023–2027), with a CGPA of 8.0. My coursework includes machine learning, artificial intelligence, data structures, and data analysis, where I have developed strong skills in Python programming and machine learning model development.
Prior to this, I completed my higher secondary education from Kendriya Vidyalaya, where I studied Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, building a strong foundation in analytical thinking and problem solving that supports my current studies in AI and machine learning.
