Anuradha Pal

I am trained in molecular biologist with 9 years of research experience and 5 years of experience in project management. I have been leading in developing 3 POC technologies from ideation to market ready product and group A funding. For the last couple of years, I have been a critical part of Managing health care outreach teams and lending insights into clinical data capture and analysis. Additionally, I acquired over 1 year of experience in clinical trial data management and design working as a part of the national biopharma mission

I am a highly self-motivated, multidisciplinary individual looking for a hybrid role that makes use of my technical and management skill sets allowing for personal growth. I am open to both domestic and global travel up to 40% of my time and am currently exploring such opportunities.

1. Senior Research Fellow (07/2013-12/2016, 3year 5 Months)

As lead worked on successful development and validation of a point of Care (POC) micro-channel/fluidic device for biochemical analysis for antibiotic sensitivity, glucose estimation and lipid profiling. Was successfully able to development proof of concept grant funding for a start-up idea under BITS- TBI incubator: xBITS.

As a lead on an project “Functional mutations in the opioid receptors &…..on immune cell function” on successfully culturing and maintaining cell immune cell line for sequencing OPRM1 gene. Also set up Additionally setting up assays for cell cycle analysis, Flowcytometry for cell surface markers. 14 sequences successfully submitted to  EMBO. Mentored undergraduate and graduate students in Cell culture.

1. Project Manager, IOCTN, NMB-DBT, SNC Chitrakoot (03/2022-present, 1year 5 months)

Primary role is overall Clinical trial management including meeting project timelines and resource management. Reporting project progress and team training. Setting priorities in accordance with applicable project plans, company standard operational procedures (SOPs), ICH/GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements. Review and approve site visit reports; ensure tracking, follow up and resolution of site issues have been completed in a timely manner. As a part of the Health Outreach – PME team lead Data analysis and data capture quality workflow. Ensured Data capture quality management- Ensuring data quality is maintained and minimizing data entry errors. Analysis and reporting of baseline demographics, high risk individuals, disease profile and Inventory Management for the 8 units of health outreach program 

1. Assistant Manager, Reliance Foundation healthcare (03/2017-01/2018, 10 months)                

As the technical lead for the Blood Banking initiative with Govt. of Telangana carried out Periodic assessment of 14 Telangana blood banks for compliance to NABH accreditation. Evaluation based reporting for improvement to achieve 100% NABH compliance. Provide technical input to run Quality control, design SOPS for mandatory procedures on assessment based needs. Report compilation updates to state committees.
