Avritti Srivastava

An enthusiastic research fellow with the ability to critically analyze the problem and identify potential solutions. Pursuing Ph.D. (Physical Sciences) from AcSIR at CSIR-NPL, New Delhi, India. Expertise in nano/micro structuring of silicon via low-cost and scalable wet chemical etching root and hybrid (organic polymer/silicon) device fabrication. Masters in science (renewable energy) from the University of Lucknow with 1 rank. Getting MNRE and ONGC awards is my academic achievement for my performance during my M.Sc. During Ph.D., I was awarded  DST-SERB International travel support for my visit to Japan. As an enthusiastic researcher currently I am looking forward to a suitable research position to further utilize my skills and understanding.  

I do not have any professional experience. however, I visited many research laboratories and industries during my master's and Ph.D.

Currently, I am pursuing my Ph.D. from CSIR-NPL, New Delhi, India (thesis submitted). My research work is on polymer/silicon-based solar cells. I have studied nano/micro texturing of Si, polymer properties modulation with dopant and surfactant, device fabrication, and their co-relation. In addition, I worked on perovskite device fabrication and characterization and photo-detector fabrication as collaborative work. I am looking forward to a research position to further utilize my skills and understanding.
